Refund Policy.

At etspro , we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. General Policy

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website Design & Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• Branding & Graphic Design
• IT Consultation and Maintenance

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, full refunds are generally not possible.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
• Service not initiated: If no work has started and no project materials have been shared within 7 business days of payment.
• Failure to deliver: If ETS fails to deliver the service as agreed in the approved proposal or contract

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:

• The client changes their mind after approving the design or development phase.
• The project delay is caused by the client’s lack of communication, feedback, or delayed content.
• Services such as domain purchase, hosting, software licenses, or third-party tools are non-refundable once activated.
• Any completed milestone or work already delivered.

4. Refund Process

If your request meets the refund eligibility criteria:

• Submit a written refund request to support@etspro.in within 7 days of the issue.
• Our finance team will review your request within 5-7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited  within 10 business days through the original mode of payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel a project before work has started and receive a partial refund (subject to administrative and payment processing fees).
• Once project work begins or deliverables are shared, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
